Job description: :
Provides support to the Directors' activity by:
• maintaining an up to date electronic diary, including scheduling meetings and appointments, compiling agendas, arranging discussion and background papers, etc;
• caring out administrative support (travel, photocopying and facsimile, organizing meeting rooms and catering requirements, working lunches);
• caring out support work to main projects (research, preparation of spreadsheets, costing checks, preparing presentations, drafting letters, record filling etc);
• arranging meetings with internal colleagues and external clients;
• taking minutes of meetings, drafting, typing final version and distributing to other members of staff;
• screening correspondence, telephone calls, taking messages and follow-up action as appropriate.
We require:
- Good command of English
- computer literacy : MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), Internet Explorer/Mozilla/Opera, use of Internet services ( http, mail, ftp ), ability to use at least the basic features of a raster graphics software application such as Adobe Photoshop, Photo Express for scanning documents, cropping, image resizing, contrast adjustment, exporting image files to different image file extensions
- excellent/proven communication skills
- able to work within deadlines
- "can-do" attitude person, initiative, enthusiasm
- team player
